Appointments

Making an Appointment

Appointments at our main office in St Kilda Rd can be made between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm from Monday to Friday.

We also have an office in the AEU Building in Abbotsford. Initial appointments can be made there on certain days.

The normal appointment time is one hour. All appointments are arranged through our St Kilda Rd office by phoning (03) 9820 8088.

Our appointment numbers tend to be large so please give us as much notice as you can. If you are a country client or resident coming to Melbourne for other purposes we will try hard to fit you in on a day you are coming down.

What to Bring to a First Appointment

Most first appointments involve a general discussion of your situation, needs and objectives – the reasons you are seeking advice. While the relevant information needed will vary from situation to situation the following will assist us in most situations:
  • Superannuation

    • Copies of the most recent statement(s) from your superannuation
      fund(s).

    • In the case of Victorian Government Superannuation Members a copy of the most recent Annual Benefit Summary from the Fund is most useful.

  • Capital and Income Position
    Summary information covering:

    • Capital assets such as property, shares, managed investments, term deposits and cash deposits.

    • Any loans or other debt.

    • Information relating to your income including a recent payslip.
